I wonder what the original forum creators intended to set up? Perhaps there could be a thread specifically for prayers? which would mean that the forum could be a Non-Denomenational place, welcoming all people who have got RA.

Hannah my love, I think this was suggested a while ago, but people felt that a young person's Forum especially FOR those of you younger ones who have this illness would be better, rather than maybe you getting "lost "amongst all the general issues already on the present site. I'm not sure what happened to the idea, maybe it wasn't thought to be possible? Wish I could remember .............I'm sure you'd be a great support for each other! LOVE Lxx

Lylie, that probably is a better idea. I with they'd set one up, because I only know one other person my age who has RA! And although all of you guys are such amazing support, and i don't know what i'd do without you all on here, we do live pretty different lives!

hey, cheeky................DIFFERENT LIVES????????

you haven't seen me out on a Friday night in all me bling, short skirt just covering me bits and a LOW top........oh, and getting sloshed (and probably arrested!!!!).........

see!!!!................................ I know HOW to do it, its just that the RA and the age are somewhat against me !!!! (not to mention the only reason the skirt is so short is because I take up too much room in it, and the LOW top is because it's shrunk!!!!)BigGrin BigGrin

Ps glad you found the new NRAS-ers facebook site, they have LOADS of people joined up now, so you can still keep in touch with the other two old fogies (J and M!!) and everyone else! Hope you're doing ok, my lovely, Lxx

Ha, Ha! Hannah, I hope you realise that when Doreen says 'put her face on' she means plaster the pollyfilla on! She is a bonny looking deary when out on the town as it starts to crack after a few hours. Peter Stringfellow got such a shock last time we were all there as she was dancing round a pole when all the bits fell off! Lylie had to get a brush and sweep it into Amanda's new handbag before we would get thrown out! Waste of time as Jean and Mary swung from the chandeliers and we were ejected by the toe of the bouncers boots!

Then there was the time Doreen was so sloshed that she was dancing in the fountains of Trafalger Square when her face cracked......but that is another story! Don't get me started as there was also 'under the tower in Blackpool with the donkey'.

Eleanor x

and don't anyone mention Jean and Mary on that broomstick, with the bouncers trying to catch them as they floated over the fountain, and all those fairy lights they'd "acquired" en route (where DID they get them, Doreen??) trailing behind.........LOL LOL LOL

Ooops!!! I see we got moved.Scared

What about the serious ideas that were on this thread, and moderator 1 obviously has no intention of answering any of the questions we put to her.
